I'm still uninspired, hence the nearly two month long break. I can't find anything I really, truly, unavoidable, inexplicably want to share. My life isn't really boring just... uneventful? I feel like I'm moving from event to event without really feeling anything. I've been really busy but the quick secession makes me less likely to invest in each event. Ahh, the joys of introversion. I hope to change the malaise soon. First, a wedding of a long time friend, then visiting a wonderful friend who I miss a ton. And KITTENS!!...
..My kittens are awesome (blog, unupdated = http://darkkittehs.blogspot.com/, video = http://www.youtube.com/user/berry243, pictures = http://picasaweb.google.com/hollydgeorge, please, try not to act surprised, you know I like attention :-). I'm still too uninspired to write or try to find a theme, but I really want to document them. They're wonderful. It took a while, but Eclipse loves me (of course, little slut =) and Batman is now my buddy. It's taken almost a month, but he wants to be near me and is actually sleeping right next to me, and purring, now. I feel like a bad parent - picking a favorite. I try to give them both the same amount of attention but I fear it comes off wrong because Eclipse finds me but I have to find Batman... I think waaaay too much!
Anyhow, what inspired me to write: Kathy Griffin. Believe it or night, I <3 her. She's hysterical. She's beautiful. She's the new face of whatever age she is. She has obviously had a TON of work done and she's been open about it. Her boobs are 4 inches higher than they should be if she was my age (25, fyi =D). But I still love her. I'm scared of getting older because I'm opposed to plastic surgery but I'm not sure if I can handle nature (and also, I'm really 26 but I don't want to admit it.)
And just in case you didn't know (there are only two readers who don't know, I'm sorry!!!), I'm moving to Germany in October, maybe sooner. And I'm drunk. Stupid internet being so appealing post alc-y!!
Speaking of, I'm totally unimpressed with my constitution. I bought an absinthe kit with, allegedly, 4x the amount of wormwood and I feel nothing. I hate my body. Low doses of artificial hormones? I'm a psycho bitch. Mildly hallucinogenic compounds? Not a damn thing. Now I'm glad I was so good. Any effort or money spent would have been totally wasted. I hope you see this b/c I'm going to remove it when I sober up =)
I know how you feel about being uninspired with the blog, I think I'm just now coming out of a drought. Don't worry, though. It will be there when you need it. You don't really need to maintain it.
I had a huge crush on Kathy Griffin in the past. That's probably only over because after that sitcom she dropped off the face of the world.
I have sent you a youtube friend request that we may be youtube friends. I don't really upload anymore, though.
I'm jealous that you're going to Germany.
The hallucinogenic properties of absinthe may be bunk.
and finally
The google security word on this comment is "catiest." I nary shit thee.

Thanks Aaron! I know this blog (and the xanga) was 90% for me, but I still feel bad neglecting it for so long. I always feel the need to share something and the long absence is worrying.
Kathy Griffin - I still think she's fabulous. I love her because she accepts that she is D-list and makes fun of it (tv show by the same name). Most of my humor is me making fun of myself and realizing how absurd I am. I appreciate that in others.
I'm still figuring out this youtube stuff... I only use it because Picasa uploads to it automatically =) I will def. be your youtube friend!
I'm still freaking out about Germany. Would you like a Tassimo coffee maker? =) =P Also, come visit! When else will you get to? Seriously, I'll really miss you guys!! Apparently the place we're moving, Bamberg, has 10 breweries!

Yay for Germany!!!!
Since I'm on the East Coast I'll be even more likely to be able to come visit! Are you coming back to the US at all for holidays? I can't wait to plan this!

You're gonna give away the Tassimo?? WHA?
You're going to be really upset when you realize you've just invited all of your friends to basically come live in Germany for a month, shuttling between the base and Sarah's. :)
I respect Kathy Griffin for recently saying she was laying off of the Lindsay Lohan jokes. I, however, think Lohan is done!

No clue what we're doing for holidays. I haven't even thought that far ahead!
And yes, the tassimo is up for grabs. Along with my scrapbooking supplies....
I know I just invited everybody, that's the point!

This is also the Army we're talking about. They can't even get what day I'm leaving here straight(it changes by the day) so there is always the chance that going to Germany gets changed. It's pretty likely that we go but I've come to believe nothing the Army tells me I will be doing until I'm actually doing it.

Yeah. I'm excited but I don't think it will sink in until I'm schlepping kittehs through security!
The scrapbooking supplies - scrapbooking and I just didn't work it. It was a wonderful fling but it's time to move on. Why, are you interested? 'Cause I can deliver them this weekend.
